Description of what the apprentice will do in their role:
We are looking for a driven, personable and pro-active Apprentice Customer Service Team member to be a part of our growing team. Are you a strong communicator, do you have great organisational skills and a willingness to learn. If so this is the apprenticeship is for you.
- You will learn how to offer support across various departments including sales, HR, administration and events.
- Supporting in all office duties including data entry, filing and ordering
- Providing support at company events, including furniture shows
- Learn how to process quality control documentation
- Dealing with customer enquiries via different platforms including social media, calls and emails.
- Working within a team
Comprehensive Customer Service Training:
During your Standard Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship programme you will receive training both off and on the job. You will be trained by the employer within the workplace and also at WEBS Training in Nottingham on a regular basis.
You will learn the underpinning knowledge that runs alongside your practical elements of the training. WEBS Training aim to build on the skills you already have so you reach your full potential both personally and professionally.
Training will be provided in all areas of Customer Service to ensure you can can carry out day to day duties within the business.
If you have already achieved GCSE maths and English at Grade 4/C or above or have equivalent qualification you will be exempt from undertaking Functional Skills, however English and maths support will be provided for all apprentices throughout the length of their programme.
